Material:

Insert.

It is made from a number of suitable Kevlar/Polyethylene/Twaron, stitched together and ends protected. Insert is waterproof or whole is packed in waterproof cloth/ material in black/ sober color, soft insert should provide protection of PK level III A (T.T pistol 7.62×25 mm from distance of 5 meters)

Trauma Pack: It is an integral part of the ballistic insert and small not be detachable.

Outer Cover:  Cordura 1000D preferably is waterproofed by suitable treatment.

Groin Pad.     Provided with jacket as adjustable accessory with flexible material in triangular shape

MOLLE system.        Provided on the jacket to facilitate installing of adds on equipment like magazine / grenade pouches, GPS, petrol/ small pack, and hydration system.

Shoulder Padding.    Provided on both shoulders with shoulder straps on left shoulder

 Stitching Along the seams.   Double stitching all along the seam.

Waist Belt.     It is provided to fasten the jacket at waist with double D ring Velcro or some better arrangement.

 Causality Drag.         Causality drag holder at back shoulder be provided.
